An important meeting was held at the AXOR plant with representatives of the Dnipro Regional Center for Vocational Training and the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Organization of the Trade Union of Construction Workers and Building Materials Industry of Ukraine. The main topic of the meeting was cooperation in training and personnel training for our company. We discussed the possibilities of our company's active involvement in personnel retraining to meet production needs, and created a road map for further cooperation.

Such meetings are extremely important, because they help to form a strategy for overcoming the personnel crisis, which is already felt at large industrial enterprises. It is important to work together to solve this problem, involve young people and show them that Ukrainian enterprises can be modern, comfortable and promising places to work.

In addition, the issue of retraining of adults aged 45+ was discussed. They can acquire new qualifications thanks to the educational institution and our industrial base with further employment at our company.

Ensuring the economic stability of the country largely depends on how successfully we can solve the issue of personnel provision. Cooperation with educational institutions and trade unions is our contribution to support future generations of professionals.
