Throughout the year we will summarize the interim results and determine the outcome of each stage 3 main winners competition, as well as participants who will receive promotional prizes.

Participant in the competition can be any window or building company that sells PVC structures with AXOR fittings.

The territory of the holding competition - Ukraine (excluding territories not under the control of Ukraine).

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION 
1. Contestants must submit photos of commissioned construction sites, provided that the object was clicked using AXOR accessories. Photos must be emailed address shop@axorindustry.com marked «Powered by Axor».

2. The following information should be included in the photo letter:
- name of the object (destination),
- location of the object,
- specify your details (name, company name, contact telephone number).

3. Contestants must sign up for the AXOR INDUSTRY webpage Facebook, as well as repost (publish) competition news.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PHOTOS 
1. Image format - jpeg, png
2. 800 * 1000 pixels in size, but no more than 5MB.
3. Capture: building facade - required, project photo of the object (computer graphics) and window shutter photo - preferably.
4. Only accepted projects are accepted!

DETERMINATION OF WINNERS 
During the year, the interim results of the competition will be summarized. At the end of each stage of the competition will be determined 3 major winners (1 winner in each nomination). As well as promotional prizes will be awarded.

DATES AND DATES OF THE COMPETITION AND APPLICATIONS
1. The competition is held from 01.01.21 по 30.12.21
2. Nominees for nominations are determined at the end of each stage of the competition by random selection on the site www.random.org. 

CONDITIONS OF PRIZE 

1. The Organizer's representative contacts the winner for the phone, which was specified at the participant's registration in his letter, and agrees on the date, time and place of the award.
2. The prize is awarded to the participant not later than 10 (ten) calendar days from the moment of announcement of the winner, upon presentation of documents confirming the identity: the original passport (foreign passport) of the citizen of Ukraine and the identification tax number.
3. According to the terms of these Rules, the prize is awarded by signing between the winner of the Contest and the Organizer of the Certificate of Prize (prize). The signing of the Award Certificate is made within 10 (ten) calendar days, from the day on which the participants of the Contest were determined winners. Signing of the Certificate of awarding the prize is carried out on the territory of the Organizer or the territory of its representative. The Organizer has the right to change the terms, time and place of signing the Certificate of Prizes, informing the winners of the Contest within a reasonable time verbally by the mobile phone numbers, which were indicated by the winners in the letter when registering for the Contest.
4. To sign the Certificate of Prize (Win), the winner of the Contest must appear at the address and at the time specified by the Organizer, in accordance with these Rules. Before signing the Certificate of Prize (prize), the winner of the Contest is obliged to present to the Organizer representative the original passport (foreign passport) of the citizen of Ukraine and the identification tax number, as well as provide copies of all pages of the passport (foreign passport) of the citizen of Ukraine.
5. If the winner of the Contest, who appeared for the purpose of signing the Certificate of Award (prize), did not show the Organizer the original passport (foreign passport) of a citizen of Ukraine and / or the original tax identification number, and / or did not contact the Organizer for the purpose of signing The act of awarding the prize (prize) in time, time and address, according to these Rules, the winner loses the opportunity to receive the prize free of charge and free of charge within the limits of this Contest and under the conditions specified in these Rules. However, the winner of the Contest has no right to claim any compensation from the Organizer.
6. In the event that the winner of the Contest refuses to receive the prize, in accordance with the terms of this Contest, the winner has no right to claim any compensation from the Organizer.
7. Transfer to the Winner of the prize (prize) is made after the signing of the Certificate of awarding the prize (prize).
8. After signing the Certificate of Prize (Winning), the winner is obliged to draw up a Receipt on receipt of the prize corresponding to the complete set of the prize model and the absence of any claims to the Organizer of the Contest.
9. If the winner of the Contest for any reason can not appear or did not appear at the time and place specified by the Organizer for signing the Certificate of Prize (win) and / or cannot fulfill other conditions stipulated by these Rules, the winner loses the opportunity to receive the prize free of charge and free of charge within the limits of this Contest and under the terms of these Rules, and this prize remains the property of the Organizer.
10. The winner of the Contest may not transfer the right to receive a free and gratuitous prize under this Contest and under the terms of these Rules to a third party.
11. The prizes received are not exchangeable and refundable. Prizes have no cash equivalent and cannot be awarded in the form of prizes. The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations for the prizes received in the framework of this Contest and under the conditions specified in these Rules.
12. If the winner does not fulfill the obligation to accept the prize within the time limits specified in the Certificate of Prize (Winning), the Act will be considered terminated. As a result of such termination, the above prize remains the property of the Organizer, and the winner of the Contest is not entitled to claim any compensation from the Organizer and / or to make any claims to the Organizer of the Contest.
13. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally amend or amend these Rules. Notices of additions or changes to the Rules will be posted on AXOR INDUSTRY's website - axorindustry.com and on AXOR INDUSTRY's Facebook page.
14. The Organizer is not responsible for the actions of the state authorities and other circumstances beyond its control that may make it impossible to fulfill the conditions of the Contest.
15. The Organizer does not enter into any disputes that may arise between participants of the Contest regarding prizes.
16. The contestant, automatically participating in the competition, automatically confirms that he has the necessary amount of rights to take such a photo, to use and distribute such photographs, and does not violate the above-mentioned third party rights. By submitting the photos, the Contest participant agrees that AXOR INDUSTRY may continue to use the photographs at its discretion, including, but not limited to, posting on the official site with the notice:«AXOR INDUSTRY accessories were used in these window designs»
17. The procedure for holding the Contest, these Rules, as well as any activities related to the Contest are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
18. All issues related to this Contest are governed by the laws of Ukraine in force.
19. These Rules are the only official rules of this Contest. In the event of situations which allow ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and / or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision of such interpretation and / or clarification shall be taken directly and exclusively by the Contest Organizer.

21. Participation in the Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, the entrant confirms that he / she is fully acquainted with and agrees to these Rules, in particular, but not limited to the following, confirms his / her consent:
- storage, processing and use of personal data in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. By leaving their data in the form of registration, the participant automatically confirms his / her consent to the storage, processing and use of personal data in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;
- for participation in advertising interviews about participation in the Contest, including for radio and television or for other media, as well as for the Organizer and / or third parties to perform the photo and video shooting of the participant, as well as to use the created photos - and videos with the participant without obtaining additional consent for such use and without paying any compensation for such use, including in the media, in particular for advertising purposes, with the right to transfer the right to use these photos - and videos with the participant to third parties;
- for receiving from the Organizer or persons authorized by him the services in the form of receiving information SMS, e-mails related to the Contest;
- for the Organizer, as well as its authorized persons collecting, processing (including using automated means), storage, use, distribution for the purpose of the Contest of personal data of participants with observance of necessary measures of protection of such data from unauthorized distribution. The consent is valid until December 31, 2019.
22. The participant of the Contest owns all the rights provided by the legislation of Ukraine in connection with the processing of his personal data.
23. In the event of a situation involving ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and / or disputes and / or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer. The Organizer's decision is final and is not subject to appeal.
24. Entrants who have not complied with these Rules may not be recognized as winners of the Contest.
25. By participating in the Contest, the Contestants confirm their full agreement with all the terms and conditions set out in these Rules and undertake to comply with these Rules.
